3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear

- lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery
- damage caused during return shipping arranged by the customer
4. Products Arriving Damaged
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend inspecting it as soon as possible.
If the item is damaged on arrival, please contact us at support@wowcool.toys within 7 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product
- photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
This helps us investigate quickly and provide the best solution.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

- the product name
- a clear explanation of the issue
- photos or videos showing the problem
Our team will review your request and reply with the next steps.
6. Warranty Resolution
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following depending on the issue:

- store credit
The solution offered will depend on product condition, availability, and the nature of the problem.
7. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
If the issue is confirmed to be due to a product defect, incorrect item, or damage caused before delivery, you will not be responsible for additional shipping costs related to the approved solution.
If the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer may be responsible for any return or replacement shipping costs.
8. Warranty Claim Review Time

9. Limitation of Liability
